What is in here?

Wow, a chocolate raspberry tart.

This chocolate creation was so rich that even I (Steffi) could barely handle it, but of course, I did finish it. Three layers of meringue covered with a rich chocolate ganache and a dark chocolate wrapping. Wow!!!

These were from a chocolatier in Rennes. This one is a huge Nougat.
